Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the transport companies "Nova Poshta" (availability may depend on the operation of branches at the time of shipment) at the carrier's rates.

Delivery time depends on the carrier company and typically does not exceed two days.

Goods with a value exceeding 3000 UAH are delivered free of charge provided that order is delivered to the carrier company's warehouse.

For orders with address delivery by couriers of the specified companies, order value for free delivery increases to 3500 UAH; otherwise, the delivery is paid separately by the buyer.

Payment for goods by recipients through transport companies is possible both by "cash on delivery" (service fee is paid separately to the carrier company's representative) and by non-cash payment. In case of non-cash payment, shipment is possible upon 100% prepayment for goods.

Please note: upon receipt of goods from the courier or when receiving cargo at the carrier company's office, make sure of the integrity of the packaging, the absence of mechanical damage, and check shelf life. After the transfer of the goods to the buyer, all responsibility for its preservation passes to the buyer, and claims regarding quality or appearance will not be accepted.

The fact of the buyer's agreement with above conditions is the fact of payment for goods by the buyer.

Terms of Return and Exchange

You can return or exchange an item purchased from our online store within 14 days of purchase, provided it is listed among the items eligible for return according to current legislation. An item can be exchanged on the condition that it shows no signs of use (it should not have any signs of opening, wear, etc.). The packaging must be undamaged and fully complete.

When might a return or exchange be refused?

• If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
• If the item has been used or is returned incomplete.
